SEA RAY RETROFIT

Performance evaluations of a retrofitted Sea Ray watercraft were conducted in 1981 in California by a privately owned company in association with the US Navy.

The 25-foot craft with 5 persons onboard, successfully completed five hours of rigorous testing. It performed at high speeds of 50 knots per hour, produced a low wake and exhibited a low profile during its manuvers on calm seas.
